The birth of the Pontiac GTO in 1964 began a performance revolution lead by John Z. DeLorean that paved the way for an era of muscle that took the industry by storm. In 1765 this country began a revolution that paved the way to the birth of our nation. Historic Valley Forge, PA is rich in this history with a major battle for this nation fought against the British in nearby Brandywine, PA with the Continental army lead by General George Washington. On August 2, 1776 in nearby Philadelphia, the Declaration of Independence was signed declaring its Independence from Britain. In 1964 the Pontiac GTO lead by Pontiac's General John Z. DeLorean declared its independence from its Tempest origin and was then legitimized as the birth of the Muscle Car era.
These two Revolutions will collide June 26-30, 2018 in historic Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. We invite you to join us celebrating this historic event as we present you: GOATS ON THE BATTLEFIELD. There is no public admission for the event.
This Revolutionary Celebration will take place at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. The Greater Philadelphia Expo center is minutes from Valley Forge National Historic Park. Nearby, is both Brandywine Battlefield, and Independence Hall Philadelphia where both the Declaration of Independence, and U.S. Constitution were signed.
Registration for the convention is live and can be found here.
We are diligently at work planning for you a ‘historically’ fun filled time with a variety of activities to assure your attendance at our event a memorable one. Please check out our convention website and Facebook page for details!
