Services for Exhibitors

Your primary point of contact while you are at GPEC will be your event organizer/promoter. If you are in need of resources, supplies, or answers, the promoter will not only be well-positioned to handle your request, but will also be in direct contact with our on-site operations manager and event coordination staff to ensure smooth execution.

In general, the following services are available to exhibitors at Expo, although they may involve additional fees:

• Multi-plug grounded power outlets, dropped from ceiling
• Wireless internet access
• Load-in/load-out assistance
• Loading dock access
• Security services
• Catering services
• Expo Food Court access
• Booth design services
